Join the Manchester hub to create local impact and positive change!
The Global Shapers Community (an initiative of the World Economic Forum) is a non-partisan organisation and, given members’ participation is on a voluntary basis and in an individual capacity, it is for (prospective) members of the Hub to determine the nature of and extent to which they can participate in and/or lead various Hub projects, initiatives and activities.

Why Join Us
Lead and support local community projects
You have the opportunity to create your own projects from scratch. You won’t just talk about change—you’ll be the change. You’ll gain hands-on experience and see the tangible difference your efforts make.
Develop skills and build connections
You’ll sharpen a diverse range of skills, from project management and leadership to public speaking and strategic thinking. You’ll also connect with an inspiring network of leaders in the local and global community.
Access global learning opportunities
You can access resources and opportunities from the Global Shapers Community and the World Economic Forum, including participation in overseas conferences, virtual workshops, publications, and forum stories.
